Confidentiality
All Red Source Personnel staff sign employment agreements, which specify strict commercial requirements regarding professional conduct, confidentiality and intellectual property. Red Source Personnel system controls and documentation meet the provisions of the new Privacy Act.

Occupational Health & Safety
Red Source Personnel's primary goal is to achieve the greatest degree of freedom from accidents, and to ensure that every employee is placed in a safe and healthy working environment. Red Source Personnel is strongly committed to workplace health and safety both for its own people and on behalf of employers. With trained Occupational Health and Safety representatives their prime responsibility is to, manage the Red Source Personnel safety objectives, to achieve their goals of assessing site safety, training candidates and promoting safe work practices. We actively promote safe work environments by providing: risk assessments of proposed and existing work sites; assessing candidate attitudes towards occupational health and safety; and conducting comprehensive safety induction programs. A professional claims management process supports this regular contact and monitoring programs for injured staff and by rehabilitation program support. The full details of our approach to managing workplace health and safety and worker's compensation claims, is detailed in our Health and Safety Policy and Management Plan.
