With trained Occupational Health and Safety representatives their prime responsibility is to, manage the Red Source Personnel safety objectives, to achieve their goals of assessing site safety, training candidates and promoting safe work practices. We actively promote safe work environments by providing: risk assessments of proposed and existing work sites; assessing candidate attitudes towards occupational health and safety; and conducting comprehensive safety induction programs. A professional claims management process supports this regular contact and monitoring programs for injured staff and by rehabilitation program support.
