Mark has been involved in Recruitment for over 10 years, starting his career as a Consultant. He then moved into a Business Development role, prior to managing his own branch for a large recruitment organisation.

In 2004 Mark and 2 other partners decided to set up their own agency, and he is now a Director of Red Source Personnel. His role covers: Business development, trades and engineering, writing tender documents & recruiting personnel from overseas on special visas. Mark is a time served Fitter/Machinist, having completed a 4 year trade apprenticeship in the UK with Rolls Royce Aero engines.

On immigrating to Australia in 1991, he worked with various companies within his trade both locally and in remote areas. He then joined the Royal Australian Air Force as a Mechanical Fitter, where he served for 5 years and was based here in Perth and interstate. With his background as a tradesperson he has an excellent understanding of the clients needs in both engineering and other industrial areas. Robyn is a founding Director of Red Source Personnel and has over 5 years experience in the recruitment industry. With a strong focus on "Service Excellence", she prides herself on offering exceptional service by understanding the needs of both Clients and Candidates.

Gary is responsible for all our Blue collar requirements, having over 20 years experience in the manufacturing/factory sector. Gary started on the factory floor as a Machine Operator and worked his way up to Operations Manager and other management positions. His understanding of the sector and its challenges are vast. Gary has worked in the Government, Healthcare, Hospitality and Industrial areas in his working career.

Red Source Personnel welcome John to the team as their Business Development Manager in October 2009.

John is highly motivated and enjoys the challenge of positioning a company's products and services to a wider cross section of the market.

Having worked in several industrial and financial sectors he has achieved outstanding results and assisted in the recruitment and training of staff.

Aimee joined Red Source Personnel in May 2008 and has become an integral part of the team. She is currently studying a Diploma of Human Resources and is particularly interest in the field of Industrial Relations.

She is the payroll officer at Red Source Personnel and will always make you feel welcome when you phone or visit our CBD office with queries regarding pay roll.

Along with payroll duties Aimee offers efficient administration support to the team and has recently taken on extra responsibility with training and retention of candidates to some of our key accounts.

 

Claire Alexander joined Red Source Personnel in June 2010. She comes to us as a consultant from mining, oil and gas and generalist recruitment. Claire believes in a consultative approach to recruitment and finding the right fit first time. Claire enjoys meeting clients face to face and working with them to discover what their needs are and to forward plan for staffing. With experience managing staff Claire understands what it takes to find the person that will fulfil a role effectively and contribute to a team.  She has over 18 years administration experience from reception through to management prior to recruiting. With experience in many industries Claire offers both white and blue collar recruitment solutions from large companies through to small to medium enterprises.
